Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon successful completion of payment. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted and processed.

Payment
All payments are accepted online through secure and trusted payment providers. Cash on delivery is not available. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days in doha, for other countries it may takes 5 to 12 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier company’s operations. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Perlina is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been opened or used.

Cancellation
Perlina reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of our policies.
